Access Info:

The practice location is in a multi-use building. Enter through the main doors on the south side of the building. 

There are no steps required to enter the practice location. An elevator and stairs are available for access to the third floor where the treatment room is located.

There is a bathroom available for use in the room.

Transportation:

Street parking is generally available at the practice location. There are a limited number of parking spots immediately in front of the main doors, including [one, two?] handicap spots.

The nearest bus stops are roughly two or three blocks away along Sandy Blvd. The 12, 75, and 77 bus lines service the nearby stops. 

Additionally, the Hollywood/NE 42nd MAX station is located on the Red, Green, and Blue Lines roughly 0.4 miles from the building.

Covid Precautions

Masks are optional. I will follow your lead with regards to masking and am more than happy to accommodate any needs in this respect. Please don’t hesitate to voice any concerns or requests related to these precautions. 

Clients are asked to stay home and reschedule if they are feeling unwell and may have a communicable disease. 

Cancellation Policy

Clients who fail to show up for their session or who cancel or reschedule their appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be required to pay 75 percent of the cost of their scheduled session. 

This policy applies to all clients, including those who plan to use insurance to cover all or a portion of the session cost. 

Cancellations and rescheduled appointments are very difficult to fill on short notice and I may have already invested time in preparation ahead of the session.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, I ask that you do so as soon as possible so that another client might be able to receive care during your original session time.

Cancellation fees are waived in cases of emergency and illness. This policy is based on the honor system.
